Training Motivation

Badassery knows no bounds. Our training should be inspired, motivated, cultivated, curated, and leave us feeling better than before we started. Start slowly, find your groove, find what motivates, encourages & inspires you and hold on to it as you pick up the tempo or intensity.

The only things new under the sun are these days we’ve been given and what we do with them. All exercises, lifts, movements and training has been tried before, but not by you, not today, so make today new, make yourself the person your tomorrow needs you to be.

Today is there for the taking. Tell yourself that you’re gonna fly now.
