Strength, Movement, Variety, Consistency

“No one has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his or her body is capable.” ~Socrates

“There is no passion to be found in playing small, in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” ~Tony Horton

No one really has all the answers, not Tony Horton, not us, not even Socrates. Rather than tackle the big questions, we start with what we know and work up from there. Strength & Movement have a long meaningful return on our happiness and our lives. Even if we’re lying still, our minds wander. Movement is fundamental for life, and strength dictates the range & capability of our movements.

Strength & Movement are best served with Variety & Consistency. Variety deals with works, and Consistency deals with days. A variety of workouts will keep your body fresh and your mind interested, and a constant schedule will keep you mind mobile and your body strong.

Are you curious as to what your capabilities might be? What your potential might look like? How different life might look when not accepting ‘just getting by,’ or what you can & can’t get away with? How you might impact, inspire & encourage others? How you might impact, inspire & encourage yourself?

Rather than focus on the big, distracting questions, such as What is the meaning of life?, we give our lives meaning through our movements & actions. We start with what we know and work from there. Strength is our fuel, and with it, we can move farther & faster than we ever imagined.

Keep moving, stay strong.
