Cinco de Mayo EOD

Heavy weights are unnecessary with this one, and rest between exercises should total no more than five deep breaths, and no more than ten deep breaths and a quick sip of water between sets. Fast & lovely, just the way we like our muscles.

  • Right arm medicine ball pushups, 10 reps
  • Thrusters, 10 reps
  • Left arm medicine ball pushups, 10 reps
  • Upright rows, 10 reps
  • Repeat 5x

Take a slightly longer break, maybe fifteen breaths, if needed, then:

  • Back Squats, 10 reps
  • Standing Military Press, 10 reps
  • Repeat 3x, do not put the bar down between Squats & Presses
