Endurance Sports

Just a quick update:

Besides the Adrenaline Complex (the blog you’re currently reading) and Furious Poetics, I also write Endurance Sports Articles for the Atlanta Edition of the Examiner.

My three most recent articles deal with Triathlon and Ultrarunning:

  • Running Your First 50— The title implies a 50K or a 50-miler, but this article can be used by runners of all abilities
  • Stretching for Endurance Athletes— Stretching is necessary to continue training with less chance of injury.
  • Yoga for Triathletes— Yoga has many benefits for athletes of all abilities, but more and more practicing and potential Triathletes are discovering how it can increase your game.
